Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne with Australia Post. Simple rates, no surprises at checkout.

What shipping costs

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• The $9.95 flat rate is charged once per order, no matter how many boxes you order.
• Cartons of 10 boxes always ship free, wherever you are in Australia.
• Ordering a carton plus extra boxes? The whole order ships free. Any order of 10 boxes or more ships free.

When your order ships

• We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
• Once your order is on its way, we'll email you an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on where you are and are set by Australia Post once your parcel leaves us. You can check the latest estimate with your tracking number on the Australia Post website.

Where we ship

• Australia only, including all states and territories.
• We don't ship internationally at this stage.
• Please check your delivery address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at omsuppliersau@gmail.com and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel turns up damaged, or your tracking hasn't moved and it hasn't arrived, let us know and we'll sort it out.

1. Email omsuppliersau@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for damaged parcels.
2. Include your order number.
3. For damage, include photos of the parcel and the boxes inside.

We'll work with Australia Post and get back to you with a replacement or refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. See our Returns and Refunds page for more.
