Terms of service

These terms apply when you use omautoparts.com.au or buy from our online store. The store is run by Om Autoparts Suppliers Pty Ltd (ABN 55 670 030 323) ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Prices

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping page.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong (for example, a typing error), we'll contact you before we fill the order. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

2. Availability

  • All products are subject to stock availability.
  • Photos show the product as accurately as we can, but colours may look a little different on your screen.
  • If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll let you know and offer you a different size or colour, a wait for new stock, or a full refund.

3. Placing an order

  • When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. This is not yet acceptance of your order.
  • We accept your order when we dispatch it and send you tracking details.
  • We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if we suspect fraud or can't deliver to the address). If we do, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

  • Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and our payment providers.
  • We never see or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Shipping

  • We ship within Australia only.
  • Shipping costs, dispatch times and what to do about lost or damaged parcels are set out on our Shipping page.
  • Once your order is delivered to the address you gave us, you're responsible for it.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and faulty goods are covered on our Returns and Refunds page. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

7. Using our gloves

  • OM Diamond Grip gloves are disposable, non-sterile, non-medical nitrile gloves. They are not for medical use.
  • Follow your workplace's health and safety requirements. Check that the gloves are right for your task before you use them.
  • Don't use them if you're allergic or sensitive to nitrile. Stop using them if irritation occurs.
  • Throw gloves away after use. Don't reuse a torn or damaged glove.
  • Store boxes somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Limitation of liability

  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
  • To the extent the law allows, and apart from those rights, we're not liable for any loss or damage caused by using our products in a way that doesn't follow these terms, the instructions on the box, or your workplace's safety requirements.
  • Where the law allows us to limit our liability for goods that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited to (at our choice) replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of replacing the goods.

10. Our website

  • Content on this website, including text, photos, videos and our logo, belongs to us. Please don't copy it without our permission.
  • We try to keep the website accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
